JoAnne was very responsive to any questions. We were moving from out of state. She helped coordinate the inspection and closing when we couldn't be there in-person. She also helped us after the closing - checking up on the home - since several months would pass before we actually moved.

JoAnne helped us sell and buy a house at the same time. She was always available when we needed to talk to her and to see new properties. We will definitely be working with her again in the future for our next home purchase.
